Air Filter Cartridges

Filter Technics produces its own articles following the common principles and constructive philosophy which inspires the main producers of vacuum pumps and blowers.
These criteria are also applied to the production of air filters used in these fields; this is the reason for which the FILTER CARTRIDGES made by Filter Technics are absolutely interchangeable with the original ones.
The degree of filtration varies depending on the average filtering media used; i.e.: polyester 5/10 micron, cellulose 5/7 micron, stainless steel mesh 30/60 microns etc. Flow rates from 1 to 5,000 m3/h for each type of filter are granted while special cartridges, according to customer’s specifications, can be built as follows:

Using special filtermedia, which can guarantee a degree of filtration up to 2 microns
The availability of filtermedia with certification BIA (when requested by the application field of the cartridge)
Totally made of stainless steel
Producing end caps made of plastic materials along with nets and filtermedia of customer choice
The application of special flanges, for non-standard cartridge housings
Using different models, shapes and materials for the gaskets
Realization of drives and adapters.

What above exemplifies a way of production that can adhere, by complying, to the needs of each individual application and for any sector, being sure that each filter made by Filter Technics is controlled at every stage of constructive process, minimizing the possibility of error.
